It is so important that the believer walks in the truths of God’s Word, not what mankind considers to be the truth. The circumstances that we all encounter in this world today – fear, worry, death, disasters – even racial issues and homosexuality – God’s Word contains the truth about them all.

Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31,32 NKJV).

The true Word of God brings enlightenment and freedom from bondage.

Are you experiencing anxiety over the death of a loved one? The world says that it is normal to grieve the loss of a loved one for the rest of your life. But the good news is, you can know what really happens when a loved one departs this life (I Thess. 4:13 - 18) and find comfort in God’s Word.

Do you walk in constant fear of earthquakes, tornadoes, floods or other disasters? The natural response to these so-called “acts of God”, is to be fearful because disasters can happen at any time, without warning. But as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, we don’t have to be in fear of anything, “for God has not given us the spirit of fear” (2 Tim. 1:7). Most importantly the believer must know and understand that they have control over their own destiny and can speak life and peace to their future (Proverbs 18:21).

“And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth.”
(Acts 17:26, NKJV).

Have you or your loved ones been the victim of racial slurs and attacks, discrimination in the work place, school or neighborhood? There is no partiality with Our Heavenly Father (Romans 2:11), nor does He want you to worry about your life (Matt. 6:31 – 34).

One of the most difficult issues that the world struggles with today, even in the Body of Christ, is the truth about homosexuality. The world is using manipulative measures to deceive us all into believing that it is acceptable to participate in a lifestyle that goes against nature, even though the scriptures state plainly the mind of God concerning this issue (Romans 1:24 - 32). God is not confused about His creation and the way He created our bodies to function. Our Heavenly Father created man and woman, blessed them and commanded that male and female would be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth (Genesis 1:26 - 28).

Any action outside God’s express purpose for creating man and woman is totally against what is natural, and His wrath was clearly demonstrated in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah (Gen. 19: 1 - 26).
