Issues We Face on a Daily Basis

We have to deal with the issue of sickness and disease because it is a common problem for mankind. Matthew 8:17 says that “He Himself [Jesus] took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.” First Peter 2:24 says, “by [His] stripes we were healed.” And Psalm 103:3 tells us that Jesus is the One “Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases.” In case the devil tries to bring to your mind all the wrong things you have done so you can’t get your healing, well, you just tell him that Jesus has forgiven you of all your iniquities (sins) and has paid the price for you to be healed of all your diseases.  This is how you keep the Word before you – by speaking God’s Word to the circumstances of Life.
Psalm 107:20 says, “He sent His Word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” You are going to have to believe this Word and learn how to apply it to your life by confessing it daily by faith.

Mark 11:24 says, “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” We can never teach on this verse too much, because there are still so many people who really do not understand how the principle of faith works.  The Word of God says that when you pray you have to believe you receive what you prayed for before you see it.  The moment you pray, you have to believe you have it. That Word, have, is in the present tense.  It takes time between the time you believe you receive it and the time you have in the natural realm.
