Dear Friend,

Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus!

Do you know why it is important to support the Gospel?

Reflecting on your life, do you recall instances when you earned money only for it to vanish quickly? Do you feel as though no amount is ever sufficient? Does an unexpected expense arise every time you save a little extra? This is how Satan infiltrates our lives, stealing the money we earn — the fruits of our labor.

John 10:10 states, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

Our Heavenly Father revealed His plan to thwart the enemy and to bless us abundantly through His financial plan. A divine law is at work here: you cannot receive without giving. This principle is known as the law of sowing and reaping.

Whatever you sow, you will reap, and the harvest is always multiplied. For instance, you cannot sow a single seed of corn and receive a stalk bearing just one grain. You will reap several ears of corn, each filled with many grains.

There is multiplication in sowing and reaping. To receive from God, you must first sow into His kingdom.

To earn a living, we sow our labor, time, and energy and reap a harvest in return: our paycheck. It is this harvest that Satan seeks to destroy and take from us. He is a devourer, and the concept of a devourer is one that consumes.

I Peter 5:8 says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

The Body of Christ cannot be ignorant of Satan’s devices. He will not stop at devouring our paychecks. He will proceed to devouring our family, our dreams, and ultimately, our lives. Unfortunately, we give place to the enemy to begin this process by not submitting to God.

How do we submit to God? By submitting to — and doing — His Word.

When we submit to cheerfully sowing the fruits of our labor into the work of the Kingdom of God, we are doing His Word — and it promises that we will reap bountifully.

2 Corinthians 9:6 says, “But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

When you sow generously into the Kingdom of God, so that the Gospel will be preached to a dying world, you then release the law of sowing and reaping into your life. This law does not just apply to your paycheck, but to walking in divine health, having a blessed family, and being at peace with everyone around you.

James 4:7 says, “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” This is why it is important to support the Gospel!

Today, I encourage you to sow into the global outreach ministry of Ever Increasing Faith. When you give your love gift in faith, you will activate the law of sowing and reaping.

You will open the door for Our Heavenly Father to rebuke Satan and prevent him from taking the fruit of your ground, the fruit of your body, and the fruits of your labor (your paycheck). This powerful principle will change your life!

God’s richest and best be yours as you seek Him first.

In the Service of the King,
Dr. Frederick K. Price
