Thankful
I felt it necessary to deviate from my teaching series, Engaging Culture, to address the concerns of the people regarding the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic. To date, I’ve taught 4 lessons on this topic and I thought I’d share my thoughts on this, from a Christian standpoint. We probably know more about this virus than any other in history. Every day, every night, we receive constant updates about how many more people have been infected and how many have died.

It can be very depressing, especially since in the natural, there is very little we can do, except wait for a cure. It somehow seems not enough, just to stay at home, use a mask and keep 6 feet from others when we go outside, but that’s what the "experts" are telling us.

Although the governments of the world have been caught off guard with this onslaught on society, God was not caught off guard. This very fact should comfort the Believer, those of us who have confessed Jesus Christ as our personal Savior and Lord.

Before this pandemic beset us, numerous people had to deal with another onslaught, namely, poor mental health or what is commonly called mental illness. Even those in the Body of Christ need to deal with this state of mind, which can have several diagnoses but fall under the umbrella of mental illness.

Hebrews 12:1:
"Therefore, we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us . . ."

Satan doesn’t play fair. His goal is to steal, kill and destroy at every turn, in a myriad of ways. We need to know our race is fixed. We have already won, we just need to run it with endurance, which provides a way to escape. Spiritual warfare is happening around us, all the time. When Our Heavenly Father dispatches His emissaries, so does Satan. The escape may not show up right away because of warring within the spirit realm, but it will come.

We the Church have survived the Black Death, Polio and many other Satanic diseases, epidemics and pandemics before. With God on our side, we’ll survive the coronavirus as well. All we need is the intercession of you, the Saints of God.
LOVE GIFT
The Body of Christ becomes stronger through resistance and persecution. We need to give God glory in this pandemic, not for it. We need to use the wisdom God gave us to avoid being in environments and situations where we could be infected. We have no need for anxiety, worry and fear, because these things cannot separate us from the love of God.

I offer to you my four-part teaching concerning the pandemic, to give you focus, guidance and hope as we go through this moment in time. This teaching will keep the promises of God before you and is yours for your love gift of $25 or more.

Thank you for your ongoing support of Ever Increasing Faith Ministries. God will truly bless and honor your gifts of love, especially at this time, as we continue to teach the uncompromising word of God with great authority to the world that Jesus died for.

In the Service of the King,
Pastor Fred Price, Jr.

PS: I do not count lightly your support of this ministry, nor does Our Heavenly Father. He loves a cheerful giver, especially in times of great adversity. Please be as generous as possible when you sow your love gift today.
