Dear Friend,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus! We've all been taught that when it comes to studying the Old or New Testament, we should concentrate on the New Testament. That makes sense, the New Covenant replaces the Old Covenant. In the New Testament are the oracles of God that we should live by, daily. Do you remember? The just shall live by faith ... Without faith it is impossible to please God and more. There are hundreds of nuggets contained within the New Testament and we should study it daily.
However, to enlighten your study of the New Testament, you should also study the Old Testament to see how the concepts in the Old Testament relate to the New Testament.
Today, it's interesting to note the activities of the world, how they seem to relate to the world during the time of Noah. Noah and his family were righteous, and under the guidance of God, Noah built an ark to separate the righteous from the unrighteous. Now, look at the evening news - deviant sexual activity is widely promoted and even celebrated as something to be proud of. Many advocate the killing of their young, both within and outside of the womb. Drugs are consumed as if they're candy. The church is what's preventing God's judgement on the earth today.
We shouldn't want any of God's creation to remain lost because they never had the opportunity to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. I may not be able to get to everyone, but with your help, we have a better chance of reaching the lost before it's too late. They need to be told the following scriptures and much more.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NKJV: Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

So, let's build ourselves up on our most holy faith. Study both the Old and New Testaments and become a beacon of light in an otherwise dark world. They don't know it, but they desperately need our assistance, and we can't do that by following their lead. We've got to get them to follow ours.
These letters are designed to remind you of our shared responsibility to get God's Word out. We don't have any trinkets to support the Gospel, just the offering of God1s Word to save His people.
