Touring the Holy Land

Apostle Fred and Dr. Betty Price traveled to the Holy Land for ten days. They departed on April 25th and returned May 5th. A. Michael Evans, VP of Marketing and Executive producer of Ever Increasing Faith Ministries, traveled with them and offered a daily diary of their travels.

It’s 9:20 pm, Tuesday April 27th and I’m dog tired, I can hardly move. But, I had an idea this would happen after getting up so early—still suffering the effects of jet lag. Anyway, went to breakfast and it was awesome. I decided that since I love bread so much and don’t eat it much at home due to too many carbs, I’d try the bread here. Oh my God, is it good. There are so many shapes, sizes and colors and it’s all crusty on the outside and delicious on the inside. So, here’s the deal, breakfast is going to be eggs, fruit and breads. Today didn’t disappoint. A chef made omelet, diced fruit and lots of delicious bread with homemade jams, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.

We checked out of our luxury hotel and watched as the hotel staff loaded the luggage into the brand new Mercedes Benz buses and off we went, through the hustle and bustle of early morning traffic in Israel’s largest city and out into the countryside. It was much like taking a trip along the California coast between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. The day was beautiful, warm, 86 degrees, sunny and awesome. We passed by the cities of Afula, Herzlia, Netanya and others en route to Caesarea.

Reginald Hardine

My name is Reginald Hardine, and I have been a member of Crenshaw Christian Center for 15 years.  I was saved at a young age of 7, but never really knew what it meant to be saved.  I would attend church every week with my great grandmother at a Baptist church.  As I got older, I began going to a traditional Methodist church. I knew I was missing something but I never knew what it was.  Once I entered into college I drifted away from the church altogether.  It wasn’t until my brother invited me to Crenshaw Christian Center that I began to think about going back to church.  I was working in the television industry and I felt I had no time for church, I had also heard so much about Crenshaw Christian Center, that I said that I would never go to that church, after all I was used to going to a small church.

So one day he got me to go with him.  When I walked into the huge dome I said to myself, “where is the stained glass windows and why aren’t there any crosses hanging?”  As I took my seat I began to look around and I noticed that everyone had a Bible and that the users where so well-dressed and all dressed alike, I was very impressed.  But what really caught my attention were the television cameras and the people that where operating them—they all had on matching blue blazers and the equipment was state of the art.  I told myself that if I would ever join this church I would definitely have to work in that department. 

When the pastor got up to minister it was like nothing I had ever experienced.  There was no shouting, no organ—just pure teaching.  Everything was so clear, and I felt he was talking just to me.  I learned later that that was the Holy Spirit convicting me.  After attending a few Sundays I decided to join and my life changed from that point.

I began to support the TV ministry, before I really learned about giving tithes.  Now I give my tithes and also give to the TV ministry. The ministry has been a blessing to me. I learned how to believe for a mate and I met my wife and brought her to this ministry.  We had to believe for a child because my wife had problems bearing a child because of fibroid tumors, but soon after we where married we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl.  All of this came from the Word of Faith that I learned under Dr. Frederick K.C. Price. 

It’s now 15 years later and I would never stop supporting my church even though I’m a member and an active worker in the media department of helps. I still give to TV to support EIF television and have become a Faith Partner so I can receive all the added benefits of this wonderful ministry.
