God Wants You to Prosper

Prosperity comes in many different forms. There is social prosperity and mental prosperity, and there is professional prosperity, when God blesses the work you are doing on your job. Once you marry, you can also experience marital prosperity.  There is parental prosperity in terms of raising your children, and physical prosperity in terms of your health. No Christian has a problem with any of these ways through which God can prosper us. No minister, theologian, or church denomination will tell you that any of these areas of prosperity are bad, or of the devil.

When it comes to financial and material prosperity, however, that is an entirely different ballgame. When you begin to talk about those two forms of prosperity, you become a target. All the worms come out of the woodwork, and you might even have some people talk about you. But I know the true reason these attacks come.  Satan knows that if he can keep Christians poor, he can hinder the proclamation of the gospel. And he has done a good job of keeping Christians poor up to the present time.

It costs money to proclaim the gospel. It costs money to build or rent a church building, to provide a pastor for a congregation, to equip a church sanctuary.  Christians need an environment in which they can hear the Word, fellowship with one another, and grow in the knowledge of God.

“When You Don’t Have money, God is Good”

My name is Terry Gaten, I have been an EIF TV FaithPartner since 1984. I am from Hammond Louisiana. I heard about Apostle Price through a co-worker. (Back then he was Pastor Price). I watched him and liked him because he was not afraid to say things that some other pastors were afraid to say because they may lose some members. I remember I was at my church for a meeting, my Pastor said to those in attendance “we have to hurry up and get out of this meeting because Terry has to go home and see her favorite Pastor on TV.” Everyone in my circle knew I was a faithful viewer of Apostle Price.

I researched the scriptures to find out if this man was for real or not. I was able to see he was right on the Word and walking in the Word.

When God called me to go from California to New York, I didn’t have money to go to New York. But knowing what Apostle Price taught and what the Word of God said, I was able to leave California without any money. Someone blessed me with $100 to stay in a hotel on my drive to Dallas to tell my children where He was relocating me. When I arrived at my destination, there was a check in the mail in my and my daughter’s name. My children were amazed and said, “God must have really called you, you actually have enough money to go on your trip.” I had enough money for two plane tickets, so I went to see my mother and then to New York. I had money for two months rent.  When I got to New York the place I looked for employment told me they weren’t hiring, but I ended up getting hired anyway and I am still there. I’ve been there since 2003. I have even paid off my home.

God is good. I have been able to afford the high rent in New York, so I know it was God. I thank God for Apostle Price, and that he was obedient to going on the air and telling the people about the goodness of the Lord.

I am a great supporter of Apostle Price and I truly recommend everyone to get on board with him. If you can become a FaithPartner you will be able to witness and see what I have been able to witness and see the goodness of God. I recommend that you sow into Ever Increasing Faith Ministries.
