Apostle Frederick K.C. Price’s Africa Missions Crusade

Apostle Frederick K.C. Price, D.D. recently led an exciting power-packed crusade in Africa, touching the hearts of the people of  Namibia, Tanzania, South Africa and Ghana.

Apostle Price is anchored in a commission that’s greater than him because he is called to spread the word of faith in Africa and to establish churches to seek and save those who desire the truth. 

While many ministries were cutting their Mission’s budget, Apostle Price established Crenshaw Christian Center Global Ministries in Namibia in 2008. His winter visit to the country was highlighted by the church sponsoring “The Power of Faith Conference” from January 30th to February 3.  This was the first time he ministered at CCC Namibia and to see the work that is being carried out by his missionaries Jack and Wanda Wilkins.

There are many missions groups in Africa.  Often times, their work centers on salvation. But the hallmark of Apostle Price’s ministry is not only salvation. He brings the Word of Faith teachings to empower them to change their lives and the destiny of a continent riddled with wars, famine and greed.

This extensive crusade to impart the life-changing message of faith also included ministering in Johannesberg at the Christian Family International, Change Bible Church (a Fellowship of International Word of Faith ministry), The Bay Christian Family Church in Cape Town and the Frederick K.C. Price Leadership Training Center in Ghana, just to name a few. 

Being called to missions, Apostle Price has a purpose that’s fueled by a passion to boldly go where many would never travel.  But it’s all a part of God’s master plan called The Great Commission.  Some Believers will be “goers”- those whom God has led out of the boundaries of the nation to teach the Word; and some believers will be “senders” – those who generously support missions with their prayers and donations.  As members of Crenshaw Christian Center, you play a crucial role in the ongoing success of God’s church.

As a FaithPartner with Ever Increasing Faith Television, I have been honored to be positioned to see the results of the Word of God as taught by Apostle Price in a very unique way.  My only desire was to be obedient to God by supporting the television ministry because it was the channel through which God introduced me to Crenshaw Christian Center.  As a result of that obedience, after many years of faithfully working in this ministry, God promoted me to the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing, who is also the Executive Producer of Ever Increasing Faith Television.  Not only that, when the Executive Producer saw the opportunity to promote the Word globally via internet broadcasting, he seized the opportunity and entrusted the responsibility of executing this vision to me.  At the time, the intricate workings of running a 24-hour network broadcast were totally alien to me.  But seeing the ultimate benefit it would achieve – global ministry of the Word of Faith to people who spend a majority of their life on the internet and most importantly, reconnecting to former members of CCC – I faithfully put my hand to the task to make it work.  As a result, I became the Program Director for the Ever Increasing Faith Network which has been successful for the past six years.  Another major responsibility entrusted to me is assisting my boss with the Aviation Department.  It is very rewarding to play an active part in the preparation necessary to send the Apostle to other ministries who also first came into contact with the Word of God through Ever Increasing Faith Television.  When I first came to this ministry in 1980, you could not have told me that I would be doing what I am doing today.  But if I had to do it all again, I would make the same decision – to support the television ministry so that others would also benefit from the teaching of the Word of God the same as I have.
